Good reasons to write

• A step in a guide no longer matches what a platform shows
• You think we got a fact wrong and can point to a source
• There is a topic you would like us to cover
• You found a broken link or a page that does not work on your device

We usually reply within a few working days. We cannot look into individual accounts, recover hacked profiles or remove content from other websites on your behalf, but we will point you to the right place if we know it.

Please do not send passwords, ID documents or other sensitive files. We will never ask you for them.
